Hostel Rules

The resident student shall strictly obey the Hostel rules currently in force and or as may be enforced from time to time.Accomadation in the Hostel cannot be claimed as a ma er of right .The college administration may refuse Accomadation to any student who is known to have violated the Hostel Rules or whose presence is likely to disturb the law and order peace and tranquility of hostel .Hostel is the home of student in the campus and therefore ,he/she should behave in the campus as well as the outside in such a manner as to bring credit to to him/her and to the Institution. A student once admi ed in the hostel , will continue to be a hostel inmate throughout the year unless otherwise debarred from the hostel on disciplinary  grounds. Rooms will be re-allo ed every year by the Assistant Warden subject to availability. Every student must be well acquainted with all the rules and regulations of the hostel. The Principal/DME/Government reserves the right to modify and rules & regulations at any time. The inmate student must observe them strictly.

Apply for Hostel Room Allotment for MBBS Students - Instructions

1. DOWNLOAD the application form and anti-ragging affidavit 
2. The forms should be filled and signed by the student and / or parent / guardian
3. The pdf copies of the filled-up forms are to be mailed to ughostel.gmctsr@gmail.com
4. The subject line of the email should be as follows:
   Application for MBBS hostel room allotment - name and batch number
   E.g. Application for MBBS hostel room allotment — Abcd — 36™ batch
5. Incomplete forms are likely to be rejected.
6. The original forms should be submitted to the office as and when the classes for the respective batches restart.

Apply for Hostel Room Allotment for PARAMEDICAL Students - Instructions

1. DOWNLOAD the application form 
2. The forms should be filled and signed by the student and / or parent / guardian
