MBBS Admission Calendar:

Documents to be submitted:

  1. Admit card and mark sheet of entrance exam
  2. Allotment memo from the CEE /DME/DGHS (for Nominees)
  3. Candidate’s data sheet issued by the CEE (for allotment by CEE)
  4. Score Sheet of NEET
  5. 10th / SSLC Certificate
  6. Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination (Plus Two)
  7. Eligibility certificate (for Boards other than HSC/VHSC/THSC/CBSE/CISCE)
  8. Mark list of the qualifying examination (Plus Two)
  9. Transfer Certificate
  10. Conduct Certificate (Taken within 6 months)
  11. Migration Certificate, if applicable
  12. Pass Port Size Photograph - 2 Nos
  13. Certificate of Vaccination (Hepatitis A&B, Chicken pox and MMR)
  14. Physical Fitness certificate in the relevant format (not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon & the format is in KEAM -2025 Prospectus Annexure XVII (b))
  15. Receipt of fee remitted @CEE (if Kerala Quota)
  16. Undertaking duly signed by the student and guardian (Available from this office)
  17. Non Creamy Layer Certificate
  18. For SC/ST/OEC/EWS/OBC-(H) candidates (Certificates, applicable to them)
  19. Required bond (Kerala Govt. Stamp paper Rs.200 duly filled up and signed by candidates and sureties (to be submitted within One week of admission). Format is available in the Co-operative store, Near College Office.
  20. If the candidate had claimed any fee concession in NEET UG even if their allotment not in reservation  quota, they must produce the certificate used for claiming the concession at the time of Counselling.
  21. Copy of Aadhar card
  22. Copy of Bank passbook

Bond

For UG Admission 2026, it is mandatory to bring a Bond in the prescribed Annexure XXV format, for a total value of ₹200.

  • Total bond value: ₹200
  • Preferred: 4 × ₹50 stamp papers
  • Format: Use the Annexure XXV format given in the Prospectus, page 236, issued by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala. The format is also attached herewith.
  • At admission: Bring the duly completed and signed bond with you.

Important :- All students are directed to keep sufficient Scanned/Attested copies of Original documents with them as the same will not be returned before completing the course in any circumstances.

***  Kerala Quota Students should pay the balance of  fees  paid in CEE.
